"The festival will be organised for children whose gathering and creative expression will contribute lively and youthful energy to the Capital. A new face of Vilnius City will be created involving children as the future masters and equal creators of the city in the city culture formation processes.

Creative capabilities of children will be revealed already during the school year developing the best artistic skills of children for the final activities of the festival.

The final touch will be one-week festival held in public spaces of Vilnius presenting all outcomes of creative education of children.

The programme of the festival will reflect children's perception of their country, city and culture".
